We are a small company
that is based in Byron Bay and are locally focused in our ideals for each wedding
website we create, We buy locally and spend locally. We realise that for everyone
to exist in these areas we have to support each other.Thats

concept started with baybrides.com.au, the idea was created some 15 years ago,
before we ever thought of the internet. The idea was to be able to distribute
specific information easily to specific groups of people eg: a bride and groom.
In 1986 my sister got married in Ballina NSW as this is where we grew up and my
parents still lived there, it was home. My sister was actually living in Cairns
at the time with her fiancee, the added expense of phone calls and flights home
(even more expensive then, THANKYOU Virginblue ) to get things organised within
a weeks holiday was a major stress, before going back to Cairns again. Mum had
to handle most of it. If she had an information
source like baybrides.com.au her life would have been so much easier. Many
of my friends have had similar experiences as that area like so many others has
a tendency to have people leave for the "big smoke". Yet they all want
to come home to be married in possibly the most beautifully diverse place in Australia.
I have travelled through Europe, the Mediterranean, Asia and Africa and I can
honestly say Australia is more than equal to anything I have seen. Upon
my return from overseas it was evident that nothing had changed, the need for

were discovering the beauty of Northern New South Wales. My
name is Tim Connel and I'm a wedding photographer, I was constantly being asked
"can I recommend....?", "do you know a good...?." it was not
hard to work out there was a demand for baybrides.com.au. baybrides.com.au
started July 1st 2001 and we have seen the need in other areas of Australia, we
