are not going to tell you how to loss weight but here are some things to consider.

How much time do you have and is that a realistic goal?
What will be the long term effects on my body ( crash dieting is not a good idea).
Can I get help with my goal?
How will you maintain your proper intake of vitamins and minerals?
When do I pick my dress, and if my weight alters will the dress be able to be
altered?
