Page boys, ring & train bearer:

The wedding day is very special for the bride and groom and you can help them make their day by being part of their party.

Prior to the Wedding:

You may be asked to attend the pre-wedding parties.

You will need to attend the wedding rehearsal and maybe attend the rehearsal dinner with the families.

The Wedding day:

As ring bearer you will generally carry a pillow with a ring or rings sewn to it. (These are usually not the real wedding rings but symbolic ones for show only.)

You will walk either directly in front of or besides the flower girls in the procession.

If real rings are tied to the pillow the ring bearer takes the pillow directly to the maid of honor and the best man who will remove the rings. The train bearer will follow the bride during the ceremony and carry the bridal train.

You may stand with the bridal party or if your tied you can sit with your parents or grand parents because some ceremonies can be long.

You will be involved in the formal photographs of the bridal party.

The Reception:

Once at the reception you can simply enjoy the party.

A table of honor with your family is where you can have dinner.
